MATH 2103 - Discrete Mathematics Credits: 3 Spring
The purpose of this course is to study the use of discrete structures as foundations of various areas in computer science. In particular, this class is an introduction to logic, set theory, probability, number theory, graph theory, and complexity analysis with an emphasis on applications in computer science. Prerequisites: A grade of “C” or better in MATH 1163 or ACT Math 24 (SAT 570).
