MGMT 6403 - Management Analytics

In this course students will use analytics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in business processes, supply chain management, and operations. Students will understand how analytics can be used for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance assessment, and workforce planning. Ethical considerations in management analytics, including data privacy, security, and responsible data usage will be discussed.
