The course will cover topics such as project scheduling methods, critical path analysis, resource allocation, risk management, and schedule optimization. Study of scheduling techniques such as the Critical Path Method (CPM), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), and Gantt charts, to sequence activities, estimate durations, and develop project schedules will be included.
