CCCM 4503 - Leadership Skills for Ministry

This course is a study of foundational skills, methods, and principles of personal and team leadership development needed in a ministry context. Students will develop an understanding of who they are, what their strengths and weaknesses are, and why they act the way they do. Emphasis will be placed on developing a personal philosophy of leadership and practical skills needed to become an effective leader.
