SLP 4031 - Guided Clinical Observation

This course prepares students for speech-language pathology clinical practice. Students will complete guided clinical observations in speech, language, and swallowing assessment and intervention. The course emphasizes analysis and reflection, instructing students to critically analyze and discuss their observations of evaluation and treatment sessions. Students will reflect on how faith informs compassionate, ethical, and service-oriented clinical practice, considering how Christ-centered values guide their interactions with clients, families, and professionals.

Prerequisites: SLP 3003, SLP 3023, and SLP 4003.
